Yes. For NinjaTrader automation, our specialized Add-On needs to run on your local machine or VPS where NinjaTrader 8 is active. Tradovate connections are cloud-based and do not require local installation.
It is a hybrid model. We receive your TradingView alerts in our cloud (zero downtime) and instantly dispatch them to your broker (Tradovate) or your local connector (NinjaTrader).
